Can you complete several small projects during one visit?
In many cases, yes. If you have multiple smaller repairs or improvement projects, let us know when you contact us so we can plan the time needed and determine which projects can be completed together.
What landscaping services do you offer?
Our landscaping and outdoor services may include landscape curbing and border installation, yard cleanup, weed removal, shrub and bush trimming, landscape maintenance, gravel refresh, planting, property cleanup, and general outdoor improvements. Contact us with photos and a description of your property and we can let you know whether the project is a good fit.
Can you clean up an overgrown yard?
Yes. We can help with many types of yard and property cleanup, including weeds, overgrown bushes, debris, neglected landscape areas, and general outdoor cleanup. The amount of work needed depends on the size and condition of the property.
Do you work on vacation homes and second homes?
Yes. We are happy to work with owners of primary residences, second homes, vacation properties, and other residential properties. If you are not currently in Payson, contact us to discuss the project and whether photos, video, or an in-person visit will be needed.
Can you help prepare a home for sale?

Can I send photos of my project before scheduling?
Yes. Photos often help us understand the size and scope of a project before scheduling an in-person visit. Email clear pictures to ben@designsonadime.me along with a brief description of what you would like repaired, changed, cleaned up, or improved.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes. We provide estimates based on the type of project, expected labor, materials, and overall scope of work. Some projects may be easier to estimate from photos, while others may require an in-person visit.
Are you a licensed contractor?
No. We are not a licensed contractor. We discuss each project’s scope and do not take on work that requires a licensed contractor, specialized trade professional, or permit.
